"Hi, this is Sean Hobson and what we're working on right now is our point guards and showing how after they make the initial pass, how they're going to come back and demand the ball. We talked about earlier, it's the responsibility of this point guard to make everything work in the offense and if anything breaks down while the point guard is out here, and he?s got to be responsible for coming back and restoring order. So, what we're going to work on right now is we're going to show what it looks like when the point guard, after he gives up a pass, if this guy on the wing is covered up and he's heavily covered in the defense and he can't get in the flow of the offense. You see how he's turned away from the offense and he's not going to be able to make things happen? That point guard has to realize this. Now let's say he's already gone over to set his screen, and once he sets a screen, he's going to pop out and he's going to look to see where the ball is at. Once he realizes this guy is in trouble he needs to come back. He's going to sprint over and if this guy dribbles up, he's going to come and he's going to demand the ball. He wants to be yelling for the ball. So let's show it a little bit better here. We have to know and these players have to know that they can trust in their point guard that he's the man that has to have the ball so he's got to come and demand it. He's almost got to come and take it from the other players and say, "ball, ball, ball" and demand it no matter where he's at on the floor and then he can re-set up the offense or he can take it to a different direction."
