"Hi I'm Robert Rogers and I'm Mike Ballosonie on behalf of expertvillage.com. In this clip we are going to be talking a little trick to help your muscles. Have you ever been running? If not you soon will and your arms start to get tired. You can feel the fatigue in your arms. A simple stretch might not help. What you got to do is actually build the muscles in the arms. A simple weight lifting works very effectively or something even cheaper then that something called a push up. Her we are going to demonstrate a proper push up. Here you could see a proper push up Mike's back is very flat you can almost lay a board on it. His arms are a little bit more then chest length apart. He is not boding up and down. He is going very study and very slow very effective. A push up is not only pushing up but it is when you go down. Your arms running if you do a couple of these each day you may get tired but, eventually you are going to build enough muscle. You would never get tired again. For ladies out their who can't do push up or even some of the guys who can't do push ups what we do is a easier form of a push up. It on your knees. You still want you back straight though it is just a little less weight to push up and bring down. Some people don't cross there legs but some people do. Go ahead and cross your legs. Do the same thing. Again the back is still straight. He is not going up with it. Go ahead and give a improper push up. Push off like that(put your butt up a little bit)or going down like this. Those are improper push ups. "
