"Hi I'm Robert Rogers and I'm Mike Ballosonie and on behalf of expertvillage.com. In this clip we are going to talk about extending your stride a little bit. A basic practice you can do to help your stride extend. Stride is a over i step that you take. It should be slightly longer and feel a little uncomfortable then your normal stride. As you see here Mike regular stride is a little shorter compare to this stride. Go ahead and do your regular stride Michael. A over stride. When you practice over striding it would help you stretch out your regular stride. How often must you over stride to help your stride out? A good practice is trying to over stride between telephone poles. Pick out a telephone pole and between those two (the telephone you choose and the next one)extend your stride. The next one after that do a regular stride. The next one after that do a extended stride again. It is a very basic practice you can do to overcome a better runner and a better strider. "
