Today we are going to be talking about some basic stretching you can do before and after you run to help loosen up your muscles and help relax. Next, stretch we are going to talk about is the calves. There's many ways to do this. What Mike is doing is just going against the floor. Pressing his back foot flat down, and his other foot. Right now he is stretching is right foot. His right foot is flat to the ground and he is moving forward to stretch that calve out here. Calves are very important obviously. Notice again he is not jumping or bouncing.
