"Hi I'm Robert Rogers and I'm Mike Ballosonie and on behalf of expertvillage.com. Today we are going to be talking about some basic stretching you can do before and after you run to help loosen up your muscles and help relax. These are your quadriceps you are going to be pulling this muscle right here to stretch that out. There are also other stretches to pull this muscle out. But I prefer this one. Some people actually go down and push there hips out. It stretches both them at the same time. I think this is a little bit more effective but if you don't got good balance you may want a wall next to you. Again he is nice pulling his leg. It is nice and study if you feel release pull a little bit more further to make sure you are stretching out. You should feel it stretch every time. Don't just go through the motions. "
