"Hi I'm Robert Rogers and I'm Mike Ballosonie and on behalf of expertvillage.com. Today we are going to be talking about some basic stretches you can do before or after you run to help loosen up your muscles and help relax. The next, stretch we are going to do is the right over the left. Now that you have loosen up your legs we are going to stretch the back a little bit more. 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10,11,12,13,14,15,16,17,18,19,20. Switch legs at this point 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10,11,12,13,14,15,16,17,18,19,20. Go ahead and go back down to that position. The back leg of this stretch should be straight and the front leg should be curved over the back leg. This way the back leg you are feeling all the stretch in it. "
