"Hi, my name is Rotem I'm an exercise physiologist and I'm here on behalf of Expert Village. After I work my 30 to 60 minutes, now it's time for a cool down. So start to take the speed down and I'll go for easy slow walking. Now it's important to walk between 5 to 10 minutes for the cool down. This is decrease the heart rate and will help your muscles with the recovery. So don't skip it, even if you don't have time it's better to decrease the speed even before and to make sure that you have this time for the cool down. Now another important thing is to do some stretches after the cool down. So if you didn't do it in the beginning, after workout do stretches. Make sure that you're trying to incorporate it by the end of the workout."
