"Hi, my name is Rotem I'm an exercise physiologist and I'm here on behalf of Expert Village. Another important thing that you have on the treadmill is that it can read your heart rate while exercising. So you can see right now I'm walking with my arms, then I'm putting them on the pads right here, the metal pads, holding them and pressing. Now you can see right here on the screen, on the reading heart rate when putting them you can see the reading. So right now my heart rate is 73 beats per minute. So now I can actually know how hard I'm walking and if I'm inside my heart rate zone or not. After calculating before what is the heart rate zone if I weren't walking. Like the 65% I can know if I need to increase the speed or the grade to get to the point or maybe to decrease and to have more time."
