"Hi, my name is Rotem I'm an exercise physiologist and I'm here on behalf of Expert Village. Your hand that's coming forward should keep low. Which means you're not going to increase it higher than your breast bone. So I'm not going to walk something like that, it should be really low around this high so you keep your 90 degrees angle. If you find it hard for you in the beginning to combine the legs and the arms together you can start by placing your arms right here and then walk like that for 5 minutes and then try to combine it together with the walking for 2 minutes or so. So just play around with that, it's really important to try to combine it, so then you can actually burn more calories and increase the speed and become a better walker."
