"Hi, my name is Rotem I'm an exercise physiologist and I'm here on behalf of Expert Village. So how do you get started on the machine? Now you have a couple of options that I will show you in a moment, but basically you can choose quick start or you can choose different programs and then you will have to insert your age and weight and the amount of time that you want to exercise. Each treadmill machine will be a little bit different so you'll have to play around with it or to ask someone if you're going to a gym. So on this machine basically you can see I have this start button, so I will just push it in the beginning and it starts really slow. You see the speed is .5 miles per hour and now the machine is starting to move. It's really slow at the beginning. Here you have the incline which is zero right now, we'll talk about it later. This is the distance that you're doing, so for how long did you walk. So you can see here you have the speed, we started with slower speed and then we start to increase it."
