"Hi, my name is Rotem I'm an exercise physiologist and I'm here on behalf of Expert Village. So when you want to start on the treadmill, you have to first of course get on the treadmill machine, set up and stand straight on the machine. Now, even before getting started and touching all the buttons I have something important to tell you. You can see each machine will have this cable, it's called the emergency cable. Now this is really important for elderly or people with heart disease or even any people that are just getting started on the machine and don't really feel comfortable on it yet. So basically you're going to attach this to the bottom of your shirt, if you feel more convenient you can attach it to different places. I usually will attach it to the shirt. Now, if I'm getting started I will show you an example. I will just start to work a little bit and stop the machine. So even if I'm falling down or something happen and I'm loosing control or I'm not stable on the machine, I can be confident that it's going to keep going so I can balance myself again or someone can come and help me to do that."
