"Hi, my name is Rotem I'm an exercise physiologist and I'm here on behalf of Expert Village. Before you get started if you have one of the following you should contact your medical provider for a check up to see if it's good for you or if you have to follow certain precautions. If you're over the age of 65 and you didn't exercise for a year or you're pregnant or you're diagnosed with heart trouble of any kind or you're set into life. If you have high blood pressure, if you have diabetes or if you have a chest pain, yo u should also go and consult your doctor before getting started on the exercise routine."
