"Hi, I'm Olga and I'm Rotem. We're former professional swimmers and we're here on behalf of expertvillage. Okay, so now we're going to show you the full stroke. Rotem is going to push off the wall and start swimming backstroke. When she wants to stop she puts her chin down to her chest and knees to the chest as well. Let's try it one more time. Just lay down on the water, okay now she wants to stop, chin down and knees to the chest and you just get up this way. You don't need to rotate to your stomach, just do this one."
