"Hi, I'm Olga and I'm Rotem. We're former professional swimmers and we're here on behalf of Expert Village. Before getting into the water and practicing your kicks it's better to start while sitting outside of the pool on the edge with your legs slightly inside the water and try to practice your kicks. Make sure your legs are straight, but not fully extended. Make sure the knees are a little bit bent."
