"Hi, I'm Olga and I'm Rotem. We're former professional swimmers and we're here on behalf of Expert Village. Next we have the streamline position. Same thing is on your stomach like with the freestyle, now it's on your back when you try to swim backstrokes. So we're in the streamline position and you can take the hands and lead, just pull slightly so the person gets used to it and you can pull a little bit more and let them keep a float on top of the water. So now we're going to show an exercise for the floating. You can push off the wall like Rotem is going to show you, under the water get the bubbles out and then start floating with the head up in the streamline position."
