"Hi, I'm Olga and I'm Rotem. We're former professional swimmers and we're here on behalf of Expert Village. The backstroke requires you to master the streamline position. The hands are extend upwards, the head is between the arms close to the ears and the head always have to be steady when you swim. So you're steady looking up, so if she was already down in the water, the head and the eyes would be looking up towards the ceiling."
