"Hi, I'm Olga and I'm Rotem. We're former professional swimmers and we're here on behalf of Expert Village. Okay so we're going to show you inside the water with the backstroke. It's important to start with the streamline position, but before we do that we're going to have to learn how to float on your back. In the freestyle portion we should you how to float on your stomach, now we're going to go on your back. So we're going to start from the star position, okay if you're a parent you can place your hands slightly under your kid's back for a little bit more balance. Make sure the head is straight and just looking straight to the ceiling. We're going to show you on the side how this works, okay. Now, when you place your hand under their back, when the kid is comfortable with it or if you're learning yourself once you comfortable with it, take the hand slightly out and get the person used to the feeling."
