"Hi, I'm Olga and I'm Rotem. We're former professional swimmers and we're here on behalf of Expert Village. Now we'll start to practice the combination between the arms and the legs. Olga will start with doing two kicks motion and then we'll add one full stroke, which is with the arms and the legs together. So two kicks and one full stroke. Again, two kicks and one full stroke. At the beginning it's better to start two hands in the middle under the body."
