"Hi, I'm Olga and I'm Rotem. We're former professional swimmers and we're here on behalf of Expert Village. Now we'll show you the combination of the kick and the breathing pattern. Rotem will show you how it works. So you place one hand on the top and one hand on the bottom so you wave it towards you outside the water and the head rotates to the sides. Okay, do bubbles, let the air out inside the water and then take the air outside the water when your head is outside of the water."
