"Hi, I'm Olga and I'm Rotem. We're former professional swimmers and we're here on behalf of Expert Village. There's usually someone to help you learn how to swim it's better to start with putting your arms under their hands and just pull them while they're practicing how to kick. Make sure, again their legs are opened widely and close together. Now Olga will show you just by herself. When you first start practicing the combination between the arms and the legs it's better to place noodle under your armpit. This will help your body to float in the water, more stable and then you can practice the movement better."
