"Hi, I'm Olga and I'm Rotem. We're former professional swimmers and we're here on behalf of Expert Village. When you start practice, the kick, it's better to get into the water, be close to the wall, put two hands on the wall and lie on the water and start to practice the kick. So put the head inside of the water, take the bubbles out and then get the head out and take the air. So bubbles in the water and take in air."
