"This is Ryan Scott from the Boom Town Saints on behalf of Expert Village. In this clip we're going to explain bobbling which is an aspect of defense because since you can't always get a nice clean catch they usually go up. The people are going to move around so they can keep the disc alive since you can only touch it with one hand or one body part at a time. You can use a foot, a head whatever but while your bobbling you have to be careful not to trap it which is where you put two parts of your body at the same time. Either right here or you scoop it off your chest, you can't touch two parts of your body anytime. So you have to be really careful and try to keep control. You can't get out of control as you drop it. (playing)"
