"On behalf of Expert Village my name is Safi Thomas from the Blade Academy this is Cynthia Brown from the Hip Hop dance conservatory all here in New York City and we're bringing you hip hop fitness. Alright so now we're coming to the conclusion here and what we're going to do is save the best for last. Our hip hop abs right, you want those abs Cierra, and the rest of these nice hip hop dancers. And here's what they do this is the move, you have the Cierra move your here and come back, all this, thats ab strength, ab strength on the lower back. So we're going to show you how to do it, come on, come down to the floor, again, you want to gain strength, so you elongate your body make sure your body is nice long, cross your arms over, and your going to come up, and hold 2 3, your at a 45 degree angle, make sure your breathing out and if you look at my body closer your going to see that I'm shaking, your going to be shaking too. That's normal you hold back for about 16 counts then you come down. Next, real good stuff, taking your hands right behind your ears, your going to come up, down, up, down, you don't want to come all the way up because then the crunch doesn't work. So make sure as your coming up keep that chin tight, up to the ceiling, do not put any pressure on your hands and then your going to have the ab strength. On behalf of Expert Village thanks for watching."
