"On behalf of Expert Village my name is Safi Thomas from the Blade Academy this is Cynthia Brown from the Hip Hop dance conservatory all here in New York City and we're bringing you hip hop fitness. Now a little bit earlier we were doing those applejacks, you saw us doing the applejacks right, well that's called triceps strength, so in order to build up your triceps we have a exercise for you and this is something you can do with a partner so, the partner is going to do a squadding position like so. Then there going to put their arms out to provide balance, your going to hold on there legs put your legs straight out, down up 1, down up 2, down up 3, when you come down breathe in, when you come up breathe out. And then you guys reverse it if your home and don't have a partner you can use a chair same concept. Make sure you put your arms there and you just come down, boom, boom, and then you can lift up one leg, lift the other leg, lift the leg, lift the leg and then you have guns."
