"On behalf of Expert Village my name is Safi Thomas from the Blade Academy this is Cynthia Brown from the Hip Hop dance conservatory all here in New York City and we're bringing you hip hop fitness. Alright so the key in muscle development is making sure that you got all the major muscle groups down but then you have the minor muscle groups down. So we're going to do what's called a push up but out of this push up we're doing one that's for breakers. And the reason why we're going to do particular push up is to be able to balance ourselves like that. So here's what we're going to do your going to want to build up strength so on a modification of a standard push up is going to be here. Make sure your body is straight, make sure your butt is not near, pelvis is straight, and your going to come down, up, bring our right arm in facing the back, come down again 2, now your building up strength in both your bicep and your triceps and your want to do that with both arms. "
