"On behalf of Expert Village my name is Safi Thomas from the Blade Academy this is Cynthia Brown from the Hip Hop dance conservatory all here in New York City and we're bringing you hip hop fitness. Now we're stepping up again each one of these were going to do we're going to get faster and faster but you at home can slow it down as much as you want. What we're going to want to do is start with another breaking move starting with what's called a one step. This is nice and simple and this is preparing you for things like helicopter, flares things like that. Just come around 1, I'm going to do is fast, boom, boom, here's how we break it down. Right here take that right leg, cross over, jump over, that's your one, pretty simple right, so again catch your balance on that leg, bring it around, here jump over, 6 5 6 7 boom"
