"On behalf of Expert Village my name is Safi Thomas from the Blade Academy this is Cynthia Brown from the Hip Hop dance conservatory all here in New York City and we're bringing you hip hop fitness. Next thing your going to do we're going to step it up a notch. And we're going to start going to the lower body and we're going to do is called locking. Locking is separate from popping, popping, locking, so we're going to come up on locking, what your going to do is throw it up, then your going to do rock it down. When you lock and want to get nice and low, nice and low since you give your quads a workout so it going to come up and down, up and down, lock it up and down, up and down, point, point, point, point, up and down, up and down, and we're going to do it again a little bit faster, 5 6 5 6 7 8, point, point, point, point"
