"On behalf of Expert Village my name is Safi Thomas from the Blade Academy this is Cynthia Brown from the Hip Hop dance conservatory all here in New York City and we're bringing you hip hop fitness. Okay we're back and in this clip we're going to do is stretch out the back. One of the reasons why you want to stretch out the back out because there's certain movement within hip hop that require you to have nice back flexibility. For example, if your doing like a matrix, you want to be able to go all the way back and come back up. So here's how we're going to stretch out our back. Your going to sit down, hands bring them back right to here, make sure your planted make sure your hands are shoulder length apart a little bit further, then make sure your feet also shoulder length apart, plant yourself to the floor, push it up and hold. Again you want to hold 16 to 32 counts and then your going to want to come down. When you come down bring your legs in and just roll it out and you have back flexibility."
