"On behalf of Expert Village my name is Safi Thomas from the Blade Academy this is Cynthia Brown from the Hip Hop conservatory all here in New York City and we're bringing you hip hop fitness. In this next clip we're going to do is quads, moving pass torso to the lower body and the reason why we're stretching our quads is for when we do moves we're all the way down to the ground like we're doing here and you come here a lot in hip hop. Boom, boom, you want to be able to stretch that out so you don't injure it. So we're going to start off from a lunge, going to start with a lunge drop that knee, then grab your right leg with your left hand, so your reaching back, hold in now you pull in, make sure that your pelvis is in, do not dip the pelvis pull it in and your going to hold that again for about 16 to 32 counts and you do that on each leg. When you do that your going to be able to do a lot of these cross over hip hop moves that we're going to show you."
