"On behalf of Expert Village my name is Safi Thomas from the Blade Academy this is Cynthia Brown from the Hip Hop conservatory all here in New York City and we're bringing you hip hop fitness. Okay we've just finished head and neck now we're going to start moving down the body to the torso. For torso stretch remember you want to repeat it at least anywhere from 16 to 32 counts. Now we're going to show you how to do it first we'll do maybe 4, 8 counts. But then you want to repeat the same thing about 16 to 32 times. Let's do it. So you want to open up the chest and then come over, your going to be taking your hand putting it this way and taking your arm and bending over, stretch out the oblique hold that for a count of 8, come up, count around with the other hand and do it again. Make sure you get a nice long stretch, right here, elongate that area, come back up to neutral, this is your neutral position, come back over again 2 3 4 5 6 7 8"
