In our last section we talked a little bit about our lower body and how that should be we when we are setting up and when we?re getting ready set for a shot. Our upper body is just as important everything flows together. This consists of our general body. Our shoulders, our heads. Our lower body when we bend down with our knees to take a shot you?re gonna want to make sure that your body that your back stays straight that it is perpendicular with the floor. You?re gonna want to make sure that your shoulders are square. Whether starting out on the ground or in the air where ever you are you want your shoulders to be parallel with the rim. You want them to be straight. Your head you always want it to stay forward keep your eyes at the rim at all times. Just as in anything else. You want to keep your eye at what you're going for, the prize, which is going to be the hoop"
