"Hi, my name is Ryder Mackey. I'm here today with Expert Village, and I'm going to talk to you about the heel flip. Now the heel flip is very similar to the kick flip, because the kick flip, the skateboard will turn this way. With the heel flip, it just goes the opposite direction, and you flip it with your heel instead of your toe, and you bend your knees, snap the tail down as you're jumping up. But instead of sliding your foot up the skateboard like you would a kick flip or an ollie, you're just going to kick it straight out, and stick your heel out on the edge, on the concave of the skateboard. That's going to rotate your skateboard. You're going to keep your knees tucked to your chest, and as you see it coming around, just stomp your feet on it. Make sure your feet are directly over the bolts, which will result in not snapping the skateboard, and then, just stomp it down and roll away. With the heel flip, in my personal opinion, it might not be the best trick to do off of a ledge or take to the next level, just because it's tricky. It can easily be messed up and you might get hurt trying to take it to the next level, a lot easier than you would an ollie or a kick flip."
