"Hi my name's Ryder Mackey and I'm here with Expert Village, and I'm here to talk to you about confidence and visualization. There very important when skateboarding because if you have high confidence in yourself while skateboarding you can achieve greater and bigger tricks. Um when I'm approaching a big stair set and I'm about to some crazy trick off of it that I know is barely barely pushing my limits just to a little bit. But still staying safe I need to have confidence while doing this. Um confidence will help you ah actually physically complete the trick, because your muscles will respond to the confidence in a steady and relaxed way, which helps to complete the trick better. Um also another thing I like to do before I going to attempt a large trick is close my eyes and visualize the trick before I do it, I see it happen in my mind and I see myself, I picture myself landing it. And this will help my confidence which will help me complete this difficult trick."
