"Hi, my name's Ryder Mackey, I'm here today with Expert Village. I'm going to talk to you about getting over the fear of dropping in. Dropping in is one of the scariest tricks in skateboarding. It requires a lot of confidence, and you just have to go for it. You're going to put the tail of your skateboard like this, on the edge of the ramp, or halfpipe, or whatever you're doing it on. Put your front foot on the front bolts of your skateboard, and then you want to look down. You don't want to think about how scary it is, you just want to go for it. Put all your weight forward, in front of your skateboard. Just go, put your weight as forward as you possibly can, and just fall right into it. Don't think about it, just go for it. When you're dropping in, you want to put all your weight forward, and you can't lean too far forward, because the ramp is going to catch your fall, no matter what. And the more forward you can lean, the better."
