"Hi my name is Ryder Mackey, I'm here today with Expert Village, and we're going to talk about a product called speed cream. Now you can buy it at just about any spot, any skateboard shop. Uh it comes in handy when your bearings start getting a little bit old and rusted. Maybe not rolling too smooth, want to apply some speed cream, for about four to five dollars. It comes in a little container like this. And your going to take it, and what you want to do is take your wheel with your bearing inside, you want to add about two to three drops. Of speed cream directly onto your bearing. And now that applied it about 3 drops of speed cream unto the bearing I'm just going to move my wheel around a little bit and get that liquid around so it seeps into the bearing. And I do this for about thirty seconds, until I see no more on the outside and it's all soaked into the bearings. I flip my wheel around and I do the same to the other side. Apply about three drops, swish it round a little bit, for about thirty seconds till you see no more. And then you have a smooth running wheel."
