"I've been skateboarding since I was 9 years old, got a local sponsorship from my local skateboard shop uh, entered a few competitions and I've done pretty well in my skateboard career so far in my life. Today what we're going to be talking about are the basic needs of and mental and physical game of skateboarding. We're going to be talking about the skateboarding tools that we're going to need. The skateboard deck and the curvature of the skateboard deck. We're also going to be talking about the trucks which is also very essential part of the skateboard. We're going to be talking about bearings which keeps the skateboard rolling. We're going to be talking about the wheels um. We're going to be talking about some different products we might need to keep the bearings um run a little bit smoother, such as speed cream. Uh we're also going to be talking about some mental things you need for skateboarding. Like knowing your limits so you can stay safer, and not trying t something that you don't think you can accomplish without getting hurt. Um also confidence and some different mental tricks you can use to help yourself improve on skateboarding on a certain trick you've been trying for a long time. Um we're going to talk about a few fun little games that you can play while skateboarding with your friends. Um we're going to talk about some of the main skate park rules we're also going to talk about some of the tricks to do good in a competition. And we're also going to talk about the right equipment, and what you need to try to do to get a local sponsorship by your local skateboard shop, or even a bigger brand name company"
