"Hello! My name is Samantha Rafael on behalf of expertvillage.com and you can visit me online at bepresentyoga.com. In this clip I’m going to be demonstrating an arm balance with extended legs. To begin from a seated position draw your knees up and then take your left leg around to your left shoulder, press your left hand into the earth and then take your right foot and lock it around your left foot, place your right hand down so that both arms are shoulders distance apart, begin to push into the earth with both hands lifting your sitting bones and then roll over to the side extending your legs out, hold here for five breaths. To get out of it drop your sit fold down, release your feet, come back to a seated position and switch sides."
