Begin in a seated position, from here draw your knees together and then straighten out your left leg, flex both feet, spread your toes, bend your right knee so that your heel is coming towards your right sits bone, from here lift you right arm up towards the ceiling and then reach your right arm around your right leg until your hands comes to your mid back, from here take your left hand and reach around your back, see if you can grab onto your left wrist or your left hand with your right hand, take a big breath in extending out and then exhale has you fold forward, keep your gaze at your toes and hold here for five full breaths. To come out of it simply sit back up, extend your right leg and switch sides."
