"Hello! My name is Samantha Rafael on behalf of expertvillage.com and you can visit me online at bepresentyoga.com. In this clip I’m going to be demonstrating crow pose. To get into crow pose first of all you come onto your tippy toes placing your feet hips distance apart, then place your hands in front of you lay them on the ground about shoulders distance apart, come even higher on your tippy toes, lift your hips and then place your knees on your upper arms just above your elbows, from here begin to lean forward even more and then lift one foot and then the other off the ground, keep lifting from your core as you cross your feet behind you and try to look forward, hold here for at least five breaths. To get out of it place your feet back down, come back down onto your heels, sit all the way back and you’re done."
