"Hello! My name is Samantha Rafael on behalf of expertvillage.com and you can visit me online at bepresentyoga.com. In this clip I’m going to be demonstrating spinal twist to an arm balance. To begin come into a twist, so take your right knee lift it up towards the ceiling, take your right heel and place it to the outside of your left knee. Begin by taking your right hand behind your back sitting up really tall here, from here place your left elbow to the outside of your right knee, take your left hand down to the outside of your left knee and then your right hand comes about shoulders width apart from your left hand, begin to lift up onto your left knee, place your left knee onto your left upper arm, you’re going to begin to lean over to that right side, allow your right elbow to be supported by the crease of your right hip, begin to lean over even father, that left arm is supporting the right leg, extend the right leg, flex the foot, spread the toes and then lift the left leg up towards the ceiling, the left foot is extended, toes are spread, hold here for about five breaths and then to get out of it release the left foot down, release the right foot down and when you’re ready switch sides."
