"Hello! My name is Samantha Rafael on behalf of expertvillage.com and you can visit me online at bepresentyoga.com. In this clip I’m going to be demonstrating firefly pose. So to begin take your hands to the earth, come onto your tippy toes, walk your feet to the outside of your hands so little bit more than hip distance apart, you’re squatting on the balls of your feet now, slowly begin to walk your hands underneath your legs as you lower your heels, you’ll begin to reach underneath your right leg with your right arm using your upper arm as a table, do the same thing with your left arm underneath your left leg, slowly begin to sit back onto your upper arms. So now your upper arms are baring most of the weight of your lower body, from here you’ll begin to extend one leg and then the other, flex your feet and lift your hips up, gaze forward. To get out of it release one foot and then the other, place your hands in front of you, release your right knee down, then your left knee down and sit back onto your heels."
