"Hello! My name is Samantha Rafael on behalf of expertvillage.com and you can visit me online at bepresentyoga.com. In this clip I’m going to be demonstrating camel pose. First of all come onto your knees, place your legs so that their hips distance apart, the tops of your feet can be facing down or you can on the tips of your toes, if you’re on the tips of your toes it’ll be easier to reach your feet when get into the full pose. Start by taking your hands to your hips and like a camels hump draw your elbows behind you, lift your chest and slowly begin to lean back pushing slightly forward with your hips. So begin to back bend a little bit more and then release one hand to your right heel and then the other hand to your left heel, slowly begin to slide your hands onto the soles of your feet as you push your hips up towards the ceiling, begin to let your head fall back and hold here for five full breaths. To get out of it slowly rise leading with your hips here holding back onto your hips and then sit back onto your heels."
