"Hello! My name is Samantha Rafael on behalf of expertvillage.com and in you can visit me online at bepresentyoga.com. In this clip I’m going to be demonstrating half bound forward fold tree pose. So start by coming into half bound tree pose drawing your right knee to the crease of your left hip, hold on to your right foot with your left hand, so get your fore finger and your middle finger and your thumb ready, begin to wrap your right arm around your back and grab onto your right big toe with those three fingers, release your left hand from your foot now and reach it up towards the ceiling. From here grounding into the inner and outer edges of your left foot begin to slowly forward fold keeping your spine long, as you come down lift your left knee engage your leg muscles. When you’re all the way down relax your head, so to come out of it begin to bend your left knee and you’ll want to stay in it for about five breaths and then begin to come out of it just the way you came in, release your right foot, release your left arm, come into equal standing pose and repeat on the opposite side."
