"Hello! My name is Samantha Rafael on behalf of expertvillage.com and you can visit me online at bepresentyoga.com. In this clip I’m going to be demonstrating half bound tree pose. So firstly we’ll come into tree post, take your right foot and place it into your left inner thigh, you’re going to really balance on the inner and outer edges of the left foot, take your hands to prayer position, this is simply tree post here. Moving on we’re going to take the right heel and place it into the crease of the left hip holding on to the right foot with the left hand, take your right hand and reach around your back grabbing for the right big toe with the fore finger, middle finger and thumb. Begin to lift your left arm up towards the ceiling so standing up even taller now tuck your tailbone, lift your chest, drop your shoulders down and release your foot, release your arm and repeat on the other side."
