"Hello! My name is Samantha Rafael on behalf of expertvillage.com and you can visit me online at bepresentyoga.com. In this clip I’m going to be demonstrating the pose wide angled extended crossed arms twist. So first of all step your feet so that they’re a legs distance apart, turn your toes in slightly, tuck your tailbone, lift your chest, draw your shoulders back, take your hands to your waist and then begin to fold forward. Leading with your chest here, cross your right arm over your left and hold on to your lower legs, just relax your head down, begin to lean over to the left side, roll your right arm over your head as you take your head underneath your arm, gaze up towards the ceiling, hold here for about five breaths. Slowly come out of it by coming back to the center, switch arms here crossing the left arm over the right and lean over towards the right side, rolling the left arm over the head and the head underneath the arm, gaze up to the left, slowly come back to the center after five breaths and as you inhale sweep your arms all the way up and step or float your feet together."
