"Hello! My name is Samantha Rafael on behalf of expertvillage.com and you can visit me online at bepresentyoga.com and in this clip I’m going to be demonstrating warrior one forward fold with balanced hands pose. So first of all you need to get into warrior one pose to do that step your right foot forward to the front of your mat, your left foot steps back to a 90 degree angle, your right heel should be in line with the in step of your left foot, from here bend your right knee to a 90 degree angle so that it’s angled right over your ankle and then lift your arms straight up, draw your shoulders down and away from your ears, so hold here a moment until you get your alignment in warrior one, begin to draw your chest over the right leg and swing your arms behind you interlocking your fingers, from here begin to lift your fists up towards the ceiling, you can being to draw your chest to the inside of that right leg, relax your head and look at your left foot, try not to grip the ground with your right toes, lift your toes and instead ground into the inner and outer edges of your feet. So when you’re done after about five breaths slowly release and then switch sides."
