"Hi! My name is Sarah Stetner. I'm an expert horse rider on behalf of Expert Village. In this video, I am showing you the way to ride English beginner. So I have my equitation form and I am going to ask him to walk which I just did. You do want to keep the weight in your heels as we are walking. I am riding in the wrong pants. Usually you ride in English breeches which are tanned type breeches which look like tights. I didn't bring them today so I am wearing jeans so that's the proper attire and then that is what I usually practice in as well. But like I said today you are going to have to excuse me because I didn't bring them. You also wear a jacket, light shirt underneath if you are in a ____ English jacket. So as I am walking, see me walking here, I'm just kind of moving with the horse, my hips are, my equitation line is perfect, that straight imaginary equitation line from the ear to the shoulder down to the elbow to the hip to the back of the heel. You want to keep that as well. "
