"Hi! My name is Sarah Stetner. I'm an expert horse rider on behalf of Expert Village. I just showed you how to warm up the horse. In warm up, I came to the conclusion that it has been about a year since I've ridden in this saddle so my legs have grown, my stirrups are too short. So I am just going to go ahead and show you how to lengthen them. I am just going to go ahead and put the strap here through. You just go ahead and pull this part out, so you can lengthen them and adjust them. If you move up, you shorten them and if you move down, you lengthen, so I am just going to move it down one. So I did move it down one and I am going to go ahead and do the same to the other side. You just pull that back for an English saddle that is. The Western saddle is different to adjust the straps. So just put the strap back, that's how you lengthen your stirrup and I'll get back on in a second."
