" My name is Sarah Stetner; I'm an expert horse rider on behalf of Expert Village. I'm just showing you how to jog a horse. We are going the opposite way now. Notice how his form is and how my form is on my line my equitation line I told you about earlier. His head is good and my line is trying to stay good. Notice how my rein hand you could just see moving a little bit. My foot is not moving very much. I have pressure in my leg. I do have that straight line from the ear to the shoulder to the hip to the heel and the elbow to. You don't want to ride like this with your legs out and like you can see air right here that is always really bad. You want you legs into the saddle. You want your heels down and your toes up and you always want your posture straight. So this is how you ride with your equitation."
