Video Transcript

"Hi I'm Sarah Stetner I'm a expert horse rider on behalf of Expert Village. Right now in this segment I'm going to show you another way to get into the canter from the jog and your horse should do this just as easy as in going from the walk to the canter which I showed you earlier. So I'm going to go ahead and ask him to jog. He has a nice jog going on. Remember to keep your equitation line and now I'm just going to tighten up his reins a little bit and ask him to canter. Again I'm still going a the left way or the left track is what I call it. So I'm just going to go ahead and give his head a check and make sure that his head is where I want it before I go into it and once again after I get into it. Remember to keep that posture and now we are cantering again. Make sure that his head is right there. Make sure that you keep weight in your legs remember. So this is how you go to the jog to the canter."
